A top priority on our list of 2013 style resolutions is to have a bit of fun with mixing patterns and prints this year with a new blog series called Mixology. There is just something charming about pairing unusual prints that compliment each other in the most unique way. For our first forte into print mixing we combined classic nautical stripes with girlie ice cream swirls. The result was something special indeed!
This look is perfect for a casual day at work or a weekend of fun on a bright sunny day! Clearly we’re ready for some warmer weather styling, but to make this style work in cooler climate add a smart solid coat, tights and boots and you’re in business! Melissa is wearing our classic Boat Neck Stripe Tee over the Yoke Flip Skirt with our favorite Cork Wedge Shoes. We love how this combination of colors and prints is at once playful and effortlessly chic. It’s stripes & swirls at their very best.
Melissa kept her hair simple for this styling, opting to use our Cashmere -Silk Mix Scarf as a stylish headband. We here at Jigsaw London are big fans of using scarves in new and different ways and this look is no exception!
